New blogging schedule + 3 Goals

I have decided that it would be best if I changed my blogging schedule once again, to fit my schedule. I have decided that I will post Mondays! Look out for a schedule change around christmas

3 Goals:
This goes back to my bucket list post, but I will be telling you 3 wishes that I would like to accomplish before the end of 2014.

  1. Get Fit- This is the number one thing that I wish to accomplish before 2014 is over. I am so out of shape I can barely run a half a mile. So I wish to get fit, and start playing field hockey. I will also be posting another blog going into depth about this.
  2. Start Blogging Consistently- I know I am terrible about blogging constantly. I do really want to blog consistently, so this is one of my goals before 2014 is over! I will at least be posting every Saturday!
  3. Give Up Soda- I know how bad soda is for you I have just never tried to give it up, I drink quite a bit of soda. I want to try to stop drinking coke forever, but I am going to set a goal for at least a whole month, with only drinking one coke in that time period.

I know I have been doing alot of lists lately and I hope you are liking them, because I am certainly enjoying writing them. I am going to try to blog at least twice a week, but I do not want to say that I will and not actually do it.

My fitness routine + Blogging

For the past 2 years my new years resolution has been to workout. Just like most new years resolutions, it went down the drain in the matter of a week. I decided about a month ago that I wanted to workout more. I am totally out of shape and want to make it a priority to workout daily. I hope that you enjoy the blog. I hope to hear back from you all.


Most the time I don't have time to workout for hours (not that I would want to anyway!)
Here is my routine.

5 minute routine twice a day + 10 minute walk/run:
Burpbees for 30 seconds
15 Pull-ups
5 push ups
25 Jumping Jacks
another 30 seconds of exercise of choice
Either half mile walk/run or 1 mile bike ride.



This is not what I go by every day. Obviously I try to stick around this, but I do try to push myself more and more every day.



Blogging
I obviously don't blog like a normal blogger. My blogs are short, and to the point most of the time. I have decided that I want most of my blogs to be in this format so they are longer, starting today most of my blogs will be in this format. What I mean my "this format" is a "2 part" blog. where I have 2 parts to the blog. 2 different topics. For example with this blog post: Part one is Fitness Routine and Part 2 is Blogging. Two different blog topics, that I am combining to be longer. Not all blog posts will be like this, but most of them will be.
I will also be posting Monday-Friday! I know I have made this commitment before, and things have not worked. I will try to have blogs up Monday-Friday though!

No caffene day 1-5 update

I am going to be posting these every single Saturday until the end of the month. it will be about what it has been like each day with no caffeine. I hope you all enjoy!

Day 1 (Tuesday):
I am just dying for some coffee or soda. I will not break.

Day 2 (Wednesday):
Woke up this morning, walked past the Kurig coffee maker and wanted a cup of coffee so bad. I did not have one, and I am regretting it with this headache I have now...

Day 3 (Thursday):
Today was not bad at all. I came home from school and decided to get some water, I am feeling so much more refreshed!

Day 4 (Friday): Today, I had tea for breakfast... I know... but I am considering still drinking tea. We'll see how it goes :)

Day 5 (Saturday): Today I woke up and went for a run. It made all my junk food cravings go away! I came home and drank a cup of water!
